We took the decision of joining a network, The On-Line Partnership Limited, instead of being directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

What this means to you – we must still adhere to the strict guidelines issued by the FCA, but the network ensures that the rules and bulletins issued by the FCA are adopted by us and provide the procedures and documentation in order for us to achieve this. We are audited annually with an onsite visit, but case files can be requested by the network at any time to independently monitor that all compliance matters are being adhered to.
